Accreditation Compliance Review

USPI will conduct a comprehensive review of various departments within your accredited facility. The purpose of this review is to identify potential weaknesses, potential for fraud, mismanagement, or violation of accrediting agency standards.

USPI will report our findings with suggestions for corrective action to the Chief Executive Officer. USPI can conducted an unannounced review on a continued basis to help give the assurance of accountability so as not to jeopardize your accreditation and/or licensing requirements.
